DOA Policy – We guarantee safe arrival for all of our fish. In case of death of any fish we have a full refund policy. With that being said we have a one hour grace period for fish left outside.
Within that hour we require a clear picture of deceased fish in its unopened bag. If picture is not taken within one hour of delivery, original packaging is open, cut or damaged, or picture is not 100% visible, it will violate our DOA policy completely.

Fancy Fins is not responsible for Delayed/Lost packages caused by carrier.
